1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons table salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 5 to 6 pound beef tenderloin

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
