Ingredients:
3 pieces dried bay leaves (dahon ng laurel)
½ head of garlic, crushed
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon whole black pepper
1.3 lbs pork belly (0.6 kg)

Instructions:
  • First step is In a pot, add the slices of pork belly and pour in the vinegar, 1 cup water, salt, pepper, minced garlic and dahon ng laurel (bay leaves).
  • And then, Bring it to a boil and do not stir the vinegar until it starts to boil. Just let it simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes and cover the pot.
