Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (only if needed)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (see suggestions below)

Instructions:
  • First step is Heat fruit in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is heated through and begins to break down and bubble. Use a spoon or potato masher to mash the fruit to your desired consistency.
