Ingredients:
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup water
2 T butter, melted
1 cup milk (we use 2%)

Instructions:
  • First step is Blend eggs, milk, water, melted butter, and salt on lowest speed in a blender just until smooth (5-10 seconds)
  • And then, Add flour, (please see notes!), xanthan gum, and sugar and blend on lowest speed until smooth, about 15 seconds.
