Honey Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms

1 tablespoon of honey
salt and pepper
16 ounces whole mushrooms, you can also sliced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • First step is In a medium sized pan, add the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and salt and pepper. Saute for 1-2 minutes until tender.
  • And then, In a small bowl mix balsamic vinegar, honey and chopped garlic. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and continue to fry for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce is reduced and mushrooms are tender and coated in the sauce. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
