One Pot 5-Ingredient Hummus Pasta


Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped parsley or fresh basil (or try a mix of both)
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
3/4 cup garlic hummus of choice (check out our homemade hummus recipe)
1/3 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice
8 oz. penne pasta (or pasta of choice)

Instructions:
  • First step is Cook pasta according to package directions. Once cooked, drained and transfer the pasta back into the pot.
  • And then, Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until uniform. Taste and adjust seasonings a desired.
